Gavalas SANTORINI

One of our favorite white wines on the island, from a family-run winery located only a few minutes from the hotel.

Assyrtiko grapes are sourced from young vines in Megalochori, only a few minutes from our hotel. They are blended with Monemvasia grapes, sourced from nearby Paros island.
